As a Registered Dietitian, my approach is rooted in helping my clients heal physically (period restoration, digestive issues) and mentally/emotionally by cultivating a positive relationship with food, body image and exercise.

As a Registered Dietitian who has been there myself and has helped 600+ women improve their relationship with food, I get it.
