I’m Emily Vazquez

I know what it feels like to struggle with food. About a decade ago, was exactly where you are. Restricting, losing control with food, obsessing about calories and the number on the scale…. until I reached rock bottom. I knew there had to be a better way to live that didn’t involve dieting and following 500 food rules. Healing my relationship with food fueled my dedication to help women do the same, without making the many mistakes I made.

As a Registered Dietitian, I created Nourished to Thrive to be the one program that will help you overcome your food and body image struggles when it feels like nothing else has truly worked.

I believe in health without the obsession. I help you separate facts from fear so you can rewire your thoughts about food and feel more confident about eating intuitively. Plus you will learn to actually love your body and take care of it in a way that makes you feel your best!
